introduction EDCI 338

Hi everyone,

My name is Kaede Sugishima. I’m originally from Japan and have been living in Canada for about four years. I am currently an Economic major and I’m taking EDCI 338 as an elective.

Outside of academics, I’m really passionate about soccer and motorcycles. I enjoy riding my motorcycle around Vancouver Island, exploring new places and learning through real-life experiences. I also use social media regularly to follow sports, travel content, and communities that share similar interests.

Through this course, I hope to become more intentional about how I engage in online learning spaces and develop skills that support both my academic and professional growth. I’m looking forward to learning with everyone throughout the term.
